The question we get asked the most is when will my purchase be shipped. We have scheduled Mail pickup each morning at 8:00am EST. Our Shipping Cutoff is 8:00pm EST this is because USPS Must be notified in advance and their cutoff time. So if you make a purchase today your order should ship the very next morning.

Question: What does it mean when you say Complete Kits?
Answer: All the complete kits we sell come with everything needed. This means E Cigarette Battery, Atomizers, Cartridges and Charger. We also sell replacement parts for all our units so that when something wears out due to use you can count on the fact we will have what you need to keep using your kit.

Question: How Long Will an Atomizer Last?
Answer: We get asked this question all the time. All E-Cigarettes the atomizer is something that does need to be replaced from time to time. The atomizer should last through several packs of refills but that is not a hard fast rule. Atomizers can go out at anytime and without giving you any notice, so it is always a good idea to order or have a spare on hand. We had a person that was going through an atomizer with each cartridge until we found they were twisting the cartridge off instead of pulling it off straight. A indicator that the atomizer has gone bad is when you take a puff and the tip lights up but you get no vapor. Check the cartridge first but if it is a fresh cartridge then it is most likely the atomizer. DO NOT ATTEMPT PUFFING HARDER doing so will only pull liquid into your mouth and it does not taste good.

Question: Are Electronic Cigarettes good for your Health?
Answer: No! Like regular Cigarettes Electronic Cigarettes contain Nicotine which is not considered to be good health wise. Having said that, we along with many Doctors say that EHealth Cigarettes are certainly a better alternative to smoking regular cigarettes that contain over 4000 chemicals most of which can cause cancer.

Question: Can you smoke Electronic Cigarettes in any place that does not allow smoking?
Answer: No! It is up to the owners of the establishment or place of business to decide if you may or may not use Electronic Cigarettes in their place. However studies have shown as more and more people become educated about Electronic Cigarettes they are being allowed in most places where smoking would not otherwise be allowed. They are even allowed to be used on some airlines and even in some hospitals.

Question: Your Prices are very low are the kits you are selling Trial Kits where I get charged again or over and over?
Answer: Absolutely Not! We sell order by order. You will only be charged once for each order you place. Many of those that sell for much more use some gimmick to make you believe that their units are something special. You will find you do not have to spend hundreds of dollars for a unit or kit.

Question: We have heard that some cartridges leak the fluid out. Are your cartridges like that?
Answer: All cartridges on the market have a fluid that when heated by the atomizer produce a vapor. Our cartridges are no different they come package in a small carton. When you push a new cartridge onto the atomizer a seal is broken and the rim around the atomizer acts as the seal. If you remove a cartridge once the seal has been broken then attempt to use that cartridge again some fluid make leak out. Once you insert the atomizer into a new cartridge you should leave it in place until the cartridge is used up. Also some attempt to use the unit when the battery starts blinking indicating a low charge, doing this can cause fluid to come out if you drag hard enough. The reason is two fold when you have a low battery the atomizer cannot do its job and vaporize the liquid. Also dragging too hard is like sucking rather than puffing.

Question: If I place an order for Cartridge Refills and I decide that I would prefer either a stronger or lighter flavor may I return or exchange the Cartridges.
Answer: No! We cannot accept or exchange Cartridge packs once they have been purchased; this is for the safety of our other customers. We are not saying that anyone would tamper with the cartridges before returning them, but we are un-willing and will not risk accepting unused returns of cartridges. So we ask that you look at your order carefully before you place it. If we send you something other than what you ordered then of course we will allow you to return them so that we may dispose of them and send you replacements.

Question: Should I decide I want to return the kit for a refund what do I need to do?
Answer: It may seem hard to believe but we have only had a hand full of request for refunds this indicates how well our kits work, but should you decide for some reason that you want a refund you will need to contact us for a RMA Number and instructions. If you simply send back the kit we cannot issue a refund we have paperwork that we need to file. So in the unlikely event you want a refund make sure to contact us first so that the process get done in the proper way and you get your refund in a timely manner.
