I just received my Electronic cigarette package and i tried it out. Just like the ad says; I got all the feel. look and taste of a real cigarette but; there ARE two things missing:

1. The cost of a real pack of cigarettes----about $8,25/pack and--
2. All the 4000 odd cancer producing poisons that I would have inhaled in a regular smoke.

The Diamond Tip Kit was our second purchase of Electronic Cigarette Kits. I have only one word for the new diamond tip 502, WOW! Now that is a smokeless cigarette that puts out vapor. I had purchase the original 502 and me and my wife were quite happy, but when we saw the upgrade we had to give it a try. I really did not expect to see much difference but I was amazed. I was a bit skeptical when I could not find a tech support phone number listed on your website, but a friend of mine had told me that your support was the best they had ever seen. I went ahead and made my purchase and when it arrived I immediately need help. I emailed the support and I was shocked almost right away I had a reply and ANSWER. I should have figured it out myself and I am embarrassed to say I did not know your E-Cigarettes shipped with a empty cartridge to protect the atomizer. I have made purchases from other websites that have phone numbers listed, but try to get someone on the phone is near impossible.

I would like to share with you how my disappointment was changed to understanding. I was disappointed at how long the charge lasted on my E-Cigarette until my husband who is a electronic engineer explain it all to me. It does not matter if you by this E-Cigarette or that E-Cigarette they all use basically the same size battery and the only way to get a longer lasting charge is to increase the size of the battery. I asked him to look over your website and that is when he explain that what I should have purchased was the Commander. Although the battery is only slightly larger it is the fact that the pack is a battery that will keep my E-Cigarette charged all day. After purchasing the Command Series I now can go all day without worries of not having a charged cigarette. Also, the atomizer is quite a improvement.

    I thought you may want to share this with others. My freind got one of those Trial Kits that you only have to pay $9.95 for! LOL I was with her when she made the purchase it said click here to activate your PROMO CODE which she did and then another screen popped up saying you have 4 mins to use this code. So instead of reading she went on to enter the information as fast as she could. When she got the kit everything seemed fine until 10 days later! She told me to look at her statement there was a charge for $89.99 and another charge for $59.99. She called the company to see what that was all about and found that the trial was only for 10 days from the date of purchase and if you did not return the unit then you had agreed to PAY A ADDITIONAL $89.99 plus you had committed yourself to a monthly REFILL PLAN that was going to cost her $59.99 per month. She told them she wanted out and did not see anything about that. They told her that in was all there and she should have read it before she made the purchase. It was a lesson I learned from I now read everything before I buy. At least you all are up front about everything and there is no recurring billing. It is good to see that there are still honest retailers out there.

     I thought I would share a story about my friend who took advantage of one of those FREE TRIAL DEALS. My friend ended up paying just over $100.00 and found out she is also going to be billed each month for the next 6 months for refills that she does not even want. I took my time and did alot of research before I made my purchase from your website. Not only did I save over $50 on my kit, but since I have cut back on the amount I smoke I save even more by ordering only the refills I need and when I need them.
