A Better Healthy Way Policy

ABETTERHEALTHWAY.COM does not sell to anyone under the age of 18.

    ABETTERHEALTHWAY.COM accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express as payment on orders to anywhere within the United States through Secure Checkout. For orders with separate billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to verify the order before shipment. We understand this may be an inconvenience in some cases; however it is necessary to help prevent against credit card fraud and also to prevent hackers from obtaining your number. If the billing/shipping address does not match the address on file with the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.

       Orders will ship on the following business day unless some problem with address or other un-expected problem might arise. Weekends and federal holidays do not count as business days. All orders we process and ship out will have tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are assigned by USPS and can be tracked at USPS.COM Most email to AOL and YAHOO email addresses will be in the spam folder. Please check.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
   We currently do not ship international orders. Your ship to address must be within the United States.

SHIPPING

     ABETTERHEALTHWAY.COM uses USPS as our primary shipper.

     We will accept Checks or Money Orders that are mailed to us. However these orders will be held for 10 business days until the Check, or Money Order clears.

WARRANTY
     All units come with a limited 30 day money back warranty. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use you should contact us for replacement options The warranty is void if the item is altered or abused (Examples: altering or removing parts, disassembling, crushing or mishandling the product).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Our return / exchange policy is very simple. If the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (NOT AFTER USE), you can report to us by email for return / exchange / refund arrangement. You must receive a RMA number that must be sent along with any returned item.

DISPOSABLE E CIGARETTES

Note: Like Cartridges, once a disposable E Cigarette is shipped and out of are control we have no way of knowing if it might have been tamped with. For safety of our customers we will not accept or issue refunds for Disposable E Cigarettes.

CARTRIDGES
We ask that you check your order for the type of cartridges you have ordered. Once the cartridges have shipped and are out of our control we have no way of knowing if they have been tampered with. Even if you have not removed our seal we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for cartridges. This policy is for the safety of our customers. Only if we ship you the wrong flavor or strength will we allow you to exchange cartridges.

*** All items are checked to make sure they are not damaged before we ship them to our customers.

*** Please inspect the product when you received the shipment, identify any issue and report to us BEFORE you try to use it. missing or damaged part(s) must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). Before any items are returned we ask that you contact us by email so that we can give you a RMA number that is required and should be included in the box with the item or items being returned. We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter
